Qing Dynasty
The Qing Dynasty (also called the Manchu Dynasty after its Manchurian rulers), was the last of China’s imperial dynasties, lasting from 1644 to 1922/12. It was an important time for China, with its territory growing to three times the size of previous rulers, the Ming Dynasty. It was also marked by several troublesome conflicts: the Boxer Rebellion and the Opium Wars.
